A total of 20 women from the community participated in the microbiome training, learning to collect soil microorganisms from the oldest trees as a natural source for fertilizer production. Following local practices, the microorganisms were collected during the full moon and mixed with cooked rice as a medium for growth and multiplication, then fermented for approximately one week. After fermentation, the cultivated microorganisms were mixed back into the soil and applied as a natural fertilizer to improve soil health and support plant growth, providing participants with hands-on knowledge and practical experience in sustainable agricultural practices.
